Tricia Goyer is the author of thirty books including Songbird Under a German Moon, The Swiss Courier, and the mommy memoir, Blue Like Play Dough. Wow. DiAnn is a wealth of great quotes. This is very timely for me as I was just discussing with coworkers about how when witnessing to others, LOVING them thru Jesus is the bottom line. People are rarely won over when they're made to feel stupid, mad, or frustrated -- but showing Christ's love can break down those walls.
I see DiAnn's three-fold mission as the essence of God's church. We love because He first loved us. It's cause and effect--inescapable. To love Jesus, we must love His earthly body, the church. And such love will be shown. All dissention and controversy among Christians denies His love, wounds His body, and hardens hearts to His grace.
